How do I decide what size storage space I will need?

Choosing the right size storage unit is important, and we are here to make it easier for you. Complete these three easy steps to find out which size storage unit is your best fit:

Do you have dollies available for me to use?
Yes. You are welcome to use our flat-bed carts at no charge. We also have U-Haul dollies and furniture pads available for rental.

Do you rent trucks?
Yes! For your convenience, we are a U-Haul dealer.

What do I need in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, Metricula Consular, or passport).

Will I be locked into a lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Can I move in right away?
Yes! If we are able to meet your storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours once you have completed your contract.

When is my rent due?
All rent payments are due on the first of each month.

How do I make my payments?
You can pay in person, online, mail a check or money order, or make a payment over the phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit or debit card monthly. Online payments may be made here.

What forms of payment can I use?
Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do charge a $1.00 fee to use a card in person or by phone.

How much notice do I have to give when I want to move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out. We recommend that you complete your move-out by the end of the month so that you don’t have to pay for time you don’t need. Remember, we rent by the month, not the day, and therefore we do not prorate the move-out.

Do you sell boxes and other supplies?
Yes. We sell a variety of packing and moving supplies in our office.

Is there anything I cannot store?
When making business or personal storage plans, consider that all storage facilities have restrictions on what they will allow you to store. This is for your own protection as well as that of the facility staff and other self-storage customers. As a general rule, any item or material that is considered “inherently dangerous” will not be allowed inside your storage rental. This would include items such as liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, tires, and perishable food products such as pet food, produce or meats. These may spoil or attract pests. Any animals or plants – alive or dead – cannot be stored. Nor can any stolen items. People are not allowed to plug in or use refrigerators, freezers, generators, space heaters, etc. or live in storage units. Please contact us if you have a question regarding a specific item.

Who has access to my space?
You have the only keys to your lock. Anyone to whom you give the key and the gate code will have access. For your security, we will not give the gate code to anyone except the name on the contract.
